Regulatory Points

• Article 01: Participants in the competition must be university students for the academic season 2023/2024.
• Article 02: Each university institution has the right to participate with two groups.
• Article 03: Each participating group is composed of three (03) students.
• Article 04: Projects must take the form of innovative creations in the field of sustainable development.
• Article 05: Registration is done by filling out the form to represent each group.
• Article 06: The participation authorization must be signed by the vice-rector of external relations of the university institution.
• Article 07: The national competition will take place from April 24th to 25th, 2024, with the participants' reception on April 23rd, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM.
• Article 08: The deadline for submitting participation forms is set for March 20th, 2024.
• Article 09: Registration is done via the website
• Article 10: No form received after the deadline will be considered.
• Article 11: Participants must commit to a project that has not been presented in another event.
• Article 12: The duration of the S.H.E.S.E.M 2024 is from 8:00 AM to 00:00 AM.
• Article 13: The absence of a member of the group penalizes the group (elimination of the entire group)
• Article 14: Confirmation of participation for the entire group must be made 12 hours before the event.
• Article 15: Participants must be equipped with the participation authorization signed by the vice-rector of external relations, in addition to their student ID card.
