Presentation of the event

This is a hands-on event focused on platform development or problem-solving, where participants from diverse backgrounds work intensively on collaborative projects with the goal of producing an innovative solution or prototype in record time.
Hackathon participants are required to submit a functional prototype of a software-based program by the end of the competition. 
This prototype will be evaluated by a judging panel, which will consider several criteria, including technical quality, innovation, the project’s relevance, and its potential for further development.
This evaluation will help identify the most creative projects and reward the most outstanding teams.

Regulatory Points

  • Article 1 : Contest participants must be university students for the current academic year.
  • Article 2 : Each university institution has the right to participate with two groups.
  • Article 3 : Each participating group is composed of three (03) students.
  • Article 4 : Projects must take the form of innovative creations in the field of sustainable development.
  • Article 5 : Registration is done by filling out the form to represent each group.
  • Article 6 : The participation authorization must be signed by the vice-rector of external relations of the university institution.
  • Article 7 : No form received after the deadline will be considered.
  • Article 8 : Participants must commit to a project that has not been presented in another event.
  • Article 9 : Confirmation of participation for the entire group must be made 12 hours before the event.
  • Article 10 : Participants must be equipped with the participation authorization signed by the vice-rector of external relations, in addition to their student ID card.
  • Article 11 :

    After the registration phase, all registered participants will be contacted via email by the concerned administration to confirm their participation.
  • Article 12 :

    The national competition will take place from May 19 to 22, 2026, with participants arriving on May 18, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM; punctuality is required.
  • Article 13 :

    The deadline for submitting participation forms is set for April 23, 2026.
